Hello, I’m Lisa.

While working through high school and college as an event coordinator for a local catering company, I realized I was passionate about helping couples plan every step of their wedding day. It was only natural to create Elegant Affairs and pursue my devotion to celebrating love by becoming a full-service wedding planner. 

Shortly after launching Elegant Affairs, my husband and I also decided to start a family. Being present for my kids is one of my dearest priorities, so I set aside the business for a few years to raise my son and daughter. During that hiatus, I truly missed working with brides and helping them see their dreams come to life. Now that my kids are older, I returned to the business, ready to take it to the next level. 

Before I knew it, Elegant Affairs became a family business. These days my husband shows up to “show off” his muscles by moving tables and decor around for me any chance he gets, and my kids ask millions of questions about my weddings. My daughter LOVES the flowers and pretty dresses and can’t wait to start helping as my assistant! 

Whether you desire a small intimate ceremony or a grand, over-the-top wedding of the year, I aim to help every couple enjoy their dream experience. Specializing in the details, I am eager to bring my creative skills to the table with unique elements that fit your vision.
